Covid Care Fund
Following the receipt of a generous financial gift, SBC is now able to help and bless anyone from within the church who is struggling financially, particularly as a result of Covid-19. We have put together a Covid Care team to enable this and distribute the money.  If you, or anyone you know in the SBC church family has a specific need for this type of support please do contact and we will be in touch with you.

Home Testing Programme Volunteers

The role is for volunteers to be visibly present to ensure that the returned kits have been placed in the boxes sent with the kit and that they are placed in the provided crate at the location. VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT NEED TO TOUCH THE TEST KITS. The number of returned kits needs to be counted and sent to a person by text or email at the end of the day. Volunteers will be provided with ID and High Viz jackets. Residents will come and simply put their completed home test kits into the crate once you have seen that they are in the correct box and not just in a plastic bag.

If you are interested in this role please email your availability and contact details to: and we will then forward your details onto the appropriate person.
